Has your Dominance increased or decreased over time? Have you ever had to renegotiate with your submissive due to a change in feelings or circumstance? Have your interests as a Dominant expanded or contracted over time?

I think that, depending on one’s life circumstances, one’s Dominance can increase or decrease. Dominance is like a muscle, it needs to be used to build it up. It needs to be nourished so it can grow. It is possible for it to contract. I took a very long break from MY first boy to the end of the pandemic. MY Dominance was dormant but it was still there. I had to bring it out, dust it off, and essentially go back to Apricot One. If I were to take it from a lifetime view, I’D say it has increased over time; it’s a part of MY evolution.

As far as renegotiating due to a change in feelings or circumstance, of course I have though renegotiation implies there is an existing dynamic. To date, I have very few dynamics that would involve renegotiation. There has been ONE that has progressed through MY stringent process and that’s the boy. All others I’VE put through the paces have, to be frank, fallen short and thus were dismissed or put on the back burner.

This question appears to try to push the reader to take a macrocosmic view of their respective Dominance so I’M going to take the opposite and focus on the here and now. At this time in MY life, my interest in Dominance has expanded, so much so that I’VE taken on learning the role of Master. It took ME a while to feel like I deserved be called SIR as I had put high standards on MYSELF. Master is a progression and I’M learning with the boy what it means.

Yours In Leather,
SIR Aaron Wolf
