Have you been or are you in a Dominant/submissive dynamic relationship or is this new to you? Have you been in more than one D/s relationship? How were they the same? How were they different? What is unique about your relationships in your mind?

I’m in a couple of dynamic relationships that have a D/s lilt. With my partner, I’m his Owner, Handler, Daddy, and SIR. We’ve been together for almost 13 years now and married for ten. With my Dad, I’m his son and his Dom and we’ve been developing this dynamic for over three years. Currently, I am fostering a Master/slave dynamic long-distance with a boy on the East Coast with the hope that we can engage in more in-depth training when he relocates to the West Coast.

They are the same in that I hold the Dominant role in each: Owner/Handler/Daddy/SIR/Master. They differ in that the other party holds a different role: Husband/Pup/Dad/boy. I believe that every dynamic is unique to the parties involved regardless of the setup of said dynamic. The dynamics I’m involved in are special to me and that’s the more important aspect. The dynamic I have with my Pup is pretty set whereas the dynamic with my Dad is more fluid because he holds an authoritative role yet I am his Dominant in-scene and other aspects. With the boy, I’m am solely Dominant as we develop our dynamic across time zones.
