This is a series of posts dedicated to goods and services SIR has vetted, tried & enjoyed; HE is also including these items in the gift basket to be raffled off at the upcoming Mister Bolt Leather 2027 Contest Weekend on April 24-26, 2027.

About Rainbow Cammo

From the website, Malcolm tells his story best:

What started as a creative outlet is now a full-blown brand built on grit, science, and authenticity. After enlisting in the Marines at 18, I learned what it meant to meet challenges head-on—even when the world said it wasn’t ready for me. Years later, I built a career in credit and collections that taught me how to run a business, navigate setbacks, and find opportunity in adversity. That drive led me back to school, where I earned my degree and certification in clinical lab science—skills that trained me to value precision, safety, and integrity in every formula I touch.

Rainbow Cammo was born in my basement during the pandemic while I was balancing clinical training and a need for creative release. What began as a few bars of soap quickly became a science-driven pursuit of quality, ethics, and transparency. Every formulation is refined through testing, feedback, and a genuine obsession with clean, effective ingredients. Over time, markets turned into a website, and that basement workshop grew into a retail and event space at Village Gate—a space built for community, creativity, and connection.

As a Leatherman and maker, I founded Rainbow Cammo to champion authenticity through scent—creating fragrances that speak to who we really are, not who we’re told to be. From earthy woods to bold musks, each product invites you to feel comfortable in your own skin while supporting local, minority-owned artisans who share that same commitment to real craftsmanship and community.

Why, SIR?

I met Malcolm from Rainbow Cammo at CLAW 25 and purchased some soap and wax melts. What I love about the products he’s created is how LEATHER they smell. I’VE since reordered and use the soaps regularly.

I believe it’s important to support our Community’s small business as much as we can. Rainbow Cammo is queer Veteran-owned which is remarkable combination. During our brief meeting at CLAW, we talked about our service and how we were both touched by Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell (DADT).

What’s In Your Basket, SIR?

From Rainbow Cammo, I have included three (3) bars of artisan body soap:

  • Leather Harness: Designed with the modern man in mind, our Leather Harness Cold Process Soap is perfect for the bold and adventurous. Whether you’re preparing for a night out on the town or indulging in a private moment of self-care, let the intoxicating scent of Leather ignite your senses and unleash your inner confidence.
  • Leather Zaddy: The scent is an intriguing mix of sensual musk intertwined with the rich, earthy undertones of Leather. It captures the essence of ruggedness yet evokes a sense of comforting warmth. Each wash will wrap you in its robust fragrance, invigorating your senses and leaving your skin lightly scented.
  • Bootblack 2.0: Named in honor of the Bootblacking community, Bootblack 2.0 keeps the same spirit of care, craft, and devotion that makes leather sing. It’s rugged, unrefined, and proudly queer, now promoted from one-off mistake to full-time member of our kink-inspired rotation.

Yours In Leather,
SIR Aaron Wolf
