Today, I took some time to give advice on administering safe, comfortable column ties to someone starting to learn rope. It was great to see him tying his first knots and sending photos for me to see.

When you can, take opportunities to share what you know with someone in the Community. Encourage them to learn and grow so that they may one day pay it forward.
