In Response to the Removal of Durk Dehner as IML Judge
As an Indigenous Leatherman, I’ve experienced my share of looks & disregard as I’ve made my way into & through the Leather Community. The truths are racism exists, discrimination exists, classism exists in the Community. If you haven’t experienced one or all of these, then you come with points of privilege that many do not have. Speaking for myself, I know that, whenever I enter a Leather space, I understand that privilege points are immediately deducted because of how I look and who I am & that I’ve got to work that much harder to be seen and heard. This…
The End…of a Pretty Good Year
As 2024 closes, it was a year of growth filled with valuable lessons, strong connections, and personal exploration. Embracing authenticity and community engagement, Sir learned to uphold his narrative while welcoming new bonds. With a focus on representation and creativity, he eagerly anticipates sharing more in the upcoming year. Here’s to 2025!
Shine A Light Together
Sir pushes back against the idea of relying on a singular leader for change after the chaotic election outcome. Unity & collective action are necessary; true progress requires everyone stepping up, not just waiting for heroes.

GALA 2024: Lessons

Vulnerabilities
The past week has been tough. After a great performance, I fell ill with COVID. It’s been challenging, but I’m grateful for the support and the progress I’ve made.
Fog City MIssive #3
16 June 2024 A couple hours after a two-hour drive from San Francisco, I’m back at the homestead feeling good. Spending a weekend with my Daddy and engaging in my Leather Life always helps me feel refreshed and ready to take on the week. Weekends in San Francisco usually consist of late nights and packed days. The day started at 2 AM with Daddy and I figuring out logistics for upcoming events. One of the big things we figured out was our attendance at Palm Springs Leather Pride, a first for both of us. Getting things squared away this far…
Another Fog City Missive
Last night, I co-hosted BLUFSF’s gear night at the SF Eagle, enjoying dinner and connection with the Leather Scene. It’s been a fulfilling weekend so far.
